Gallein led the Eagles to an 11th-place finish at the 2015 Joe Piane Notre Dame Invitational behind her 25th-place performance, in which she crossed the finish line in 17:06.8. This time marked an improvement of nearly 40 seconds on her season-best 5,000-meter run. Gallein has been solid throughout the season, posting finishes of ninth, third, 24th, and 25th-place this past weekend.
