Sophomore women’s golfer Anna Watson was outstanding for the Eagles at the Dolores
Black Falcon Invitational, held in Bowling Green, Ohio Saturday-Sunday, April 9-10. The Ashland, Ohio native battled through near-freezing conditions that saw snow, sleet, rain, and high winds become a factor to lead the team with a six-over, 78, during the first 18 holes of play. She followed that up with an improved 76 on day two, the second-best score from a member of the Green and White. Watson finished with 12 pars on for the round, and recorded one birdie. She never scored higher than a bogey. Watson finished tied for 15th overall in a field of better than 50 golfers from 11 different teams.
