Corey Nowitzke led Eastern Michigan University to a 7th place finish at the Notre Dame Invitational this weekend. Nowitzke was EMU’s top runner, as he finished 26th in a field of 165 runners, clocking in with a time of 24:24 for the 5-mile race. EMU finished 7th out of 20 teams,
besting Big Ten rivals Purdue, Illinois, and Wisconsin.
