In his college days, Scott was named to the All-America team three times while earning All-MAC First Team honors five times. His name remains in MAC record books to this day as he holds both the indoor and outdoor conference meet records in the triple jump. His indoor record, set in 2015 stands at 16.38m (53-09.00) and his outdoor record went for 16.29m (53-03.50).
Moreover, the now two-time Olympian broke the program's triple jump record five times. Like his conference records, both his indoor (16.84m – 55-03.00) and outdoor (16.83m – 55-02.75) program records still hold today.
Both of Scott's program records came when the lights were the brightest, at the NCAA Championships. He went back-to-back in 2015 setting the indoor mark at the 2015 NCAA Indoor Championships, March 14, followed by the outdoor record in the outdoor version of the meet, June 12.
Scott placed 14th in the preliminary round of the men's triple jump with a 16.77m (55-00.00) leap in the 2024 Paris Summer Olympics and secured seventh with a 17.18m (56-04.50) bound at the 2020 Tokyo Summer Olympics. The upcoming USATF National Championships will mark the sixth in his career as he has won the event twice (2018, 2019), and placed third once (2017).
After placing second in the T47 100m dash T47 200m dash at the 2024 Paris Summer Paralympics, Mason is now the proud owner of five Paralympic Medals, making her the most decorated Olympian or Paralympian in Eastern Michigan history. She previously earned two silver medals at the Tokyo Paralympic Games in 2020 in the 100m and 200m T47, before capturing the first Paralympic Gold Medal in Eastern Michigan history in the mixed 4x100m relay.
Mason was a four-time All-MAC selection during her time in Ypsilanti, as she earned first team accolades three times and second team once. She played a pivotal role in the program record-setting 4x100m relay team, who clocked in at 44.65 at the 2019 NCAA East Regional Championships, May 23-25. Also in the 2019 outdoor campaign, Mason's 4x100m relay team ran to a first-place finish and broke a MAC Outdoor Championships Record as they finished in 45.04.
Mason was also a performer in the classroom setting, as she raked-in five Academic All-MAC honors in her career, as well as a MAC Distinguished Scholar Athlete nod (2018), an award presented to the best of the All-MAC and Academic All-MAC honorees from each conference sport.
Coming off a strong senior campaign that saw him earn All-MAC first team in both the indoor and outdoor season, Singh held a total of six times inside the region top-50, most notably his 50.62 400m hurdles time that stood second in the region and third in EMU program history. Overall Singh has earned four All-MAC honors and is competing in his first USATF National Championships.
