She teamed up with Ani Gogvadze at No. 2 doubles to win the MAC opener versus Bowling Green, 6-2, before defeating Akron’s Adriana Blinova and Sophia Geier, 6-4. In singles play, Ribero took down BGSU’s Ayumi Sasaki, 6-4, 6-4, but fell in three sets, 6-4, 3-6, 0-1, to Akron’s Karolina Maksimova.
