Week's Achievements: Thompson IV led the Eagles to a perfect 2-0 week on his way to an extremely dominant week in non-conference play. Thompson posted his nation-leading fourth and fifth double-doubles in a pair of home games by notching 24 points and 10 rebounds versus Madonna, Nov. 23, before a 21-point, 11-rebound performance in the win over Omaha, Nov. 26. In total, the Baton Rouge, La. native averaged 22.5 points, 10.5 rebounds, 2.5 assists and 1.5 blocks per game. In addition, Thompson shot at a 70.8 percent clip from the field, while connecting on 91.7 percent of his free throw attempts.
