RIO VERDE, Ariz. (EMUEagles.com) – A day way from the course proved beneficial for junior Preaw Sripatrprasite (Bangkok, Thailand-Siam International) at the Rio Verde Invitational, Feb. 23. The Bangkok, Thailand native closed with a 73 to finish in a tie for ninth-place with a 223 (74-76-73) after rain washed away Saturday's scheduled round. The finish is the fifth top-10 showing of her career and the first since the season-opener at the Cardinal Classic, Sept. 16-17, 2019.
Arkansas State won the rain-soaked tournament with a 880 (299-289-292), as Northern Illinois finished 12-strokes off the lead with a 892 (302-298-292). Eastern Michigan finished in 13th-place with a 926 (307-316-303) in a field that featured eight Mid-American Conference schools.

Playing as an individual, freshman Olivia Loberg (Bend, Ore.-Summit) posted her best career finish in a tie for 15th-place with a 224 (73-74-77).
