Eastern Michigan sophomore Keypathwa Gibson collected two top-five finishes to close out her regular season at the Len Paddock Open Friday, May 3. Gibson began her day with a fourth-place mark in the 100m, crossing the finish line in 11.99 and recording the 14th-fastest run by a MAC athlete in 2019. She then led the Eagles' efforts in the 200m, matching her career-best outdoor time of 24.46 to take home a bronze medal and earn her spot in the conference rankings. With her mark Friday, Gibson now holds the 13th-fastest league time in the 200m this season.
