Eagles Head to New York for Exhibition at St. Bonaventure

OLEAN, N.Y. (EMUEagles.com) — The Eastern Michigan University soccer team will travel to Olean, N.Y. to take on the St. Bonaventure University Bonnies Sunday, August 11 at 1 p.m. at the Marra Athletic Complex.

Eastern Michigan returns leading goal scorer and Second Team All-Mid-American Conference selection Kristin Hullibarger (Brooklin, Ontario-Donald A. Wilson) from the 2018 campaign. The redshirt senior talied a team-high eight goals and 21 points last season for the Eagles.

Also returning for the Green and White is First Team All-MAC honoree redshirt junior Sabrina McNeill (Whitby, Ontario-Pickering) who scored seven goals and tallied six assists in 21 starts for Eastern Michigan a season ago.

Juniors Tessa Osborne (Mentor, Ohio-Lake Catholic) and Lindsey Shira (New Baltimore, Mich.-Anchor Bay) look to help bolster the defense for the Eagles after starting all 21 games in 2018. In addition, Osborne contributed one goal and one assist while Shira led the teamwith six assists.
