EMU: 2025-26: Indoor: Competed in four meets… Earned All-MAC First Team as a member of the championship distance medley relay team at the MAC Indoor Championships, Feb. 27-28, claiming the title in 10:04.50… Also finished third in the mile at the MAC Championships in 4:11.08… Won the mile at the Bob Parks Memorial, Jan. 24, in 4:10.18… Ran a personal best in the mile with a time of 4:03.19 at the GVSU Big Meet Friday, Feb. 13… Outdoor: Competed in five meets… Named Academic All-MAC… Ran a personal best in the 800m with a time of 1:49.34 to earn second place at the Spec Towns Invitational, April 9-11… Recorded a personal best in the 1500m with a time of 3:45.60 at the Wake Forest Invitational, April 16-17.
2024-25: Indoor: Competed in five meets… Named All-MAC Second Team… Ran in the distance medley relay that placed second at the MAC Indoor Championships, Feb. 28-March 1, along with placing third in the 800m (1:53.48)… Secured a first-place finish in the 800m (1:54.53) at the Bob Parks Memorial Meet, Jan. 25… Also placed second with a personal-best mile (4:11.38) at the GVSU Big Meet, Feb. 14… Outdoor: Competed in five meets… Ran two personal-bests at the Raleigh Relays Meet, March 27-29, one in the 800m (1:51.97), and the other in the 1500m (3:50.41).
