2024-25: Indoor: Competed in six meets… Ran a top-three finish in the 4x400m relay at the Bob Parks Memorial Meet, Jan. 25… Set a personal-best mile (4:40.08) at the GVSU Holiday Open, Dec. 6… Set a personal-best 600m (1:26.90) at the Wolverine Invitational, Jan. 11… Outdoor: Competed in five meets… Ran a second-place finish with a personal-best 800m (1:52.84) at the Hillsdale College Tune-Up, April 25… Also ran a personal-best 400m (51.22) at the Hillsdale College Last Chance Meet, May 7.
