YPSILANTI, Mich. (EMUEagles.com) – The Eastern Michigan University men's basketball team rallied from a late, six-point deficit to knock off Valparaiso University, 85-79, Tuesday, Dec. 3, inside the Convocation Center.

With the Eagles (7-1) trailing 69-68 heading into the final media timeout, junior Noah Morgan (Mount Vernon, N.Y.-Mount Vernon (Northwest Florida State)) sank a pair of free throws to put the Green and White in front, before knocking down a three-pointer to extend the lead to 73-69 with 3:12 left in regulation. The Eagles needed free throws to finish off the Crusaders and seal an 85-79 victory over their Missouri Valley Conference opposition.
