ROCHESTER, Mich. (EMUEagles.com) — The Eastern Michigan University women's golf team returns to action at the Golden Grizzlies Invitational on the par 72, 6,056 yard Katke-Cousins Golf Course, Sept. 24-25. The teams will play one rounds on Monday and one on Tuesday. First round shotgun start will begin at 12 p.m. with the second round to follow at 9 a.m.
The field features 11 squads including: Central Michigan, Chicago State, Cleveland State, Detroit Mercy, Eastern Michigan, Green Bay, Loyola Chicago, Niagara, Northern Kentucky, Oakland, and Purdue Fort Wayne.
Scheduled to compete for the Green and White is sophomore Preaw Sripatrprasite (Bangkok, Thailand-Siam International), freshman Abby Livingston (Novi, Mich.-Novi), junior Maria Connelly (Waterville, Ohio-Anthony Wayne), junior Julia Stevenson (Milford, Mich.-Milford), and Green Apichonlati (Bangkok, Thailand-The Regent's International School). Playing as an individual will be junior Katelin Lawson (LaSalle, Ontario-Ridge Community-University of Tampa).
