Eagles Head to U-M for Final Meet Before MAC Championships

Men's swimming caps off the season close to home

YPSILANTI, Mich. (EMUEagles.com) — Eastern Michigan University's men's swimming and diving team is just over two weeks away from the 2015 Mid-American Conference Men's Swimming and Diving Championships, March 4-7. In preparation for the clash of conference rivals, the Eagles will head down Washtenaw to take part in the Michigan First Chance Meet, Feb. 21-22.
The Michigan First Chance Meet, hosted by the No. 6 Woverines, will be a small meet between EMU, Michigan, and Purdue swimmers, and the event will not be scored. Action is slated to start at 11 a.m. each morning inside Canham Natatorium, with a second event session on Saturday at 5 p.m. and time trials being held Sunday at 4 p.m.
