YPSILANTI, Mich. (EMUEagles.com) -- Eastern Michigan University's Head Women's Golf Coach Sandy Wagner announced that this year's Seventh Annual Golf Outing/Fundraiser will be held Sunday, Sept. 9, at the Eagle Crest Golf Club. Registration and Practice Range Open begins at 6:45 a.m. with a shotgun start at 8 a.m. Dinner and a silent auction with follow at 12:30 p.m.
For the past seven years, the EMU women's golf team has made over $100,000 in additional funds for its program as a result of its Annual Golf Outing/Fundraiser. This money has enabled the team to play in more competitive tournaments, fly to warmer destinations, and purchase equipment necessary for the team to be competitive and successful.
Your participation in this event will have a direct impact on the experience of these female student-athletes, in addition to a portion ($85) of your entry fee being tax deductable. We encourage you to participate and be a part of the success of the 2012-13 EMU women's golf team.
