Men's Golf Closes Out Fall Campaign in North Carolina

GREENSBORO, N.C. (EMUEagles.com) – The Eastern Michigan University men's golf team will travel to North Carolina to compete in the Bridgestone Golf Collegiate Classic for the first time since the 2008 season. The East course at Grandover Resort in Greensboro will feature 13 teams to compete in the two-day, 72 par course competition. The first and second rounds will take place Saturday, Oct.27, beginning at 8:30 a.m., and the third round on Sunday, Oct. 28, at 8:30 a.m.
The 13 teams include previous champion Iowa State, Virginia Tech, UTC, Boston College, VCU, Mississippi State, Georgia State, Purdue, Eastern Michigan, Mississippi, Maryland, NC State, and host UNCG.
