Indoor: Competed in six meets… Secured a top-three finish in the 400m (49.76) at the Bob Parks Memorial Meet, Jan. 25… Ran a personal-best 300m (34.89) at the Wolverine Invitational, Jan. 11… Outdoor: Competed in seven meets… Named All-MAC First Team with a first-place finish as a part of the 4x400m relay at the MAC Outdoor Championships, May 15-17… Also ran a first-place finish with a personal-best 400m (46.85) at the Hillsdale College Last Chance Meet, May 7… Secured a first-place finish and program No. 6 time as part of the 4x400m relay at the Georgia Tech Invitational, April 18-19.

LENOIR-RHYNE: 2023-24: Spent one season at Lenoir-Rhyne…Earned all-american status with a third-place finish in the 4x400m relay (3:10.76) at the NCAA Division II Indoor Track & Field Championships…Earned one first-place finish in the 4x400m relay (3:08.32) at the SAC Outdoor Championships, also finishing third in the 400m dash (46.97)…Qualified for the NCAA Division II Outdoor Track & Field Championships in the 400m dash.
