EMU: 2023-2024: Academic All-MAC for the indoor and outdoor seasons…Indoor: Competed in six meets, with six top-three finishes…member of the first-place 4x400 team at the SVSU Holiday Open and Multis (3:22.03)…Won the 400m at the 2024 Silverston Invitational in 48.94…Outdoor: Competed in five meets…CSC Academic All-District selection…Had five top-three finishes…earned two first-place finishes in the 100m and 200m at Jack Shaw Invitational (April 12-13)…tallied PRs of 21.02 in the 200m and 47.85 in the 400m at the MAC Outdoor Championships (May 9-11).
2022-23: Indoor: competed in eight meets and was part of the 4x400 relay which was second at the MAC Championships (3:18.35) while also placing sixth in the 200 meters (22.32)…won the 200 meters at the GVSU Snowdown Showdown (21.83)…part of the winning 4x400 relay at the Notre Dame Invitational (3:16.07) and the GVSU Holiday Open (3:17.94)...Outdoor: competed in five meets and ran a PR of 48.25 to place fifth in the 400 meters at the MAC Championships while also placing fifth as part of the 4x400 relay (3:21.27) …won the 200 meters (22.10) at the Golden Grizzly Invitational.
2021-22: Outdoor: Competed in six meets for the Eagles…Named to the Academic All-MAC team…Ran the third leg of the 4x400m relay at the MAC Championships which took fourth in 3:15.86, May 12-14…Helped Eastern take first in the 4x400m, running the third leg to help the team finish in 3:13.20 at the Clark Wood Invitational, April 29-30…Ran the third leg of the team’s fastest 4x100m time of 40.43 at the Jesse Owens Track Classic, April 22-23…Indoor: Named to the Academic All-MAC team…Competed in six meets for the Eagles…Finished sixth in the 60m dash (6.98) and seventh in the 200m dash (21.73) at the Mid-American Conference Championships, Feb. 25-26…Recorded a career-best 60 time of 6.92 at the Akron Quad, Jan. 14.
2020-21: Outdoor: Competed in four meets where he participated in the sprints and relays…Recorded a personal-best 100 time of 10.74 and 200 time of 21.95 at the Mid-American Conference Outdoor Championships, May 7-8…Helped the 4x100 team place fifth in 43.41 at the league meet, May 8…Registered a 10.81 clip in the 100 at the Grizzly PR Classic, April 17…Grabbed first in the 200 in 22.31 at the Oakland meet, April 17…Member of the 4x400 crew that finished fourth at the Spec Towns Invitational in 3:27.68, April 10…Indoor: Earned Academic All-MAC Honors…Competed in three meets where he participated in the 60m and 200m dashes…Ran a 23.24 clip in the 200 at the GVSU Snowdown Showdown, Feb. 5…Finished eighth in the 60m dash in 7.20 at the GVSU Mike Lints Alumni Open, Jan. 23.
2019-20: Outdoor: Season canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic...Indoor: Competed in eight meets for the Eagles, including the MAC Indoor Track and Field Championships. Feb. 28-29...Finished 10th in the 200m dash at the conference meet with a personal-best time of 22.36...Placed fourth in the 60m dash with a personal-best time of 7.01, while finishing in fourth place in the 200m dash with a time of 22.57 at the Silverston Invitational, Feb. 21...Finished third in the 200m dash with a time of 23.00 at the Jack Skoog Open, Jan. 31...Came in seventh in the 200m dash with a time of 22.85 at the SVSU Doug Hansen Open, Jan. 17...Made his season debut at the SVSU Holiday Open, where he placed 11th in the 60m dash with a time of 7.10.
