HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Beaver Area High School in Beaver, Pa., where he ran on the Bobcat’s cross country and track & field teams…Earned 11 total letters as a high school athlete with four coming from track, three from cross country, and two each from swim and soccer…Served two seasons as a captain on the cross country and track & field teams…Led the XC team to a 6-0 record as a senior…Set his 5K PR at 15:56 during his senior year, which is also a school record…Went undefeated in his cross country section, finishing second in the district race…His team finished fourth at the Pennsylvania State Meet while he placed 16th individually…On the track, holds the 3,200m (9:16) and 1,600m (4:11) school records, both of which are county records as well…Was a state qualifier in the 3,200m…A state and New Balance Outdoor qualifier in the 1,600m…Overall, a two-time all-section and all-district selection while earning all-state honors once.
