PERSONAL: Full name: Kelip Goodwin...Son of Nate and Merril Goodwin...Born 2-26-91...Undeclared major...Has three brothers, Nate, Robert and Priest, and five sisters, Bobbie, Andrea, Angie, Khiara, and Natasha...EMU: Recruited in 2009 and had freshman eligibility in 2010...Was a member of The Wallabies, the group with the highest point total of a seven-week conditioning project during 2011 spring drills, as judged by the EMU Sports Performance Staff...2010: Played in all 12 games and had 22 tackles on the year...Had his best outing at Western Michigan (Nov. 13) with seven tackles and accumulated six stops at Ohio State (Sept. 25)...Turned in at least one tackle in six seperate games...HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from South Haven H.S. where he played football for Head Coach Sam Nichols...Two-way player as a senior and had 224 yards rushing with three touchdowns to go along with 29 receptions for 460 yards and five touchdowns...On the defensive side of the ball he had 64 tackles, three sacks and two interceptions...Was an All-Area running back as a junior...All-Wolverine Conference defensive player as a sophomore.
