Nusseibeh Inks Two to 2026 Women's Basketball Signing Class

Anna Habra and Molly Sisson will join the program for the 2026-27 season

YPSILANTI, Mich. (EMUEagles.com) – Eastern Michigan University Women's Basketball Head Coach Sahar Nusseibeh announced two additions to the Eagles' 2026 signing class in Anna Habra and Molly Sisson on National Signing Day Tuesday, Nov. 12.
 
Both Habra (Mason, Ohio/William Mason) and Sisson (Rochester, Mass./Northfield Mount Herman) earned multiple all-conference/all-star honors in their high school days as they are both multi-sport athletes. 
 
"We were looking for workers, winners, and believers in this 2026 class and that is exactly who we got," said Nusseibeh. "We are gaining two incredible competitors, and even better people in Anna and Molly. They fully understand the vision of our program and are committed to doing whatever they can to make it a reality. We could not be more excited to welcome these two into our Eastern family," Nusseibeh concluded. 
 
Anna Habra (Mason, Ohio/William Mason)
EMU: 2026-2027: Will join the program as a freshman.
 
HIGH SCHOOL: Attends William Mason High School and competes for the basketball team under head coach Gideon Dudgeon…Averaged 14.2 points, 5.5 rebounds, and 2.7 assists per game as a junior while shooting 73.8% from the free-throw line and 54% from the field…A two-time All-Greater Miami Conference First Team selection, one-time second-team honoree, two-time District 15 All-Star, and three-time Mason High School Defensive Player of the Year…Habra led the Comets to two regional championship appearances and three District 15 Championships while collecting three Greater Miami Conference Championships…Also played for Legends U AAU club basketball program…Earned four letters as a member of the William Mason varsity soccer team where she was recently awarded Greater Miami Conference Athlete of the Year for the 2025 season along with a multitude of other prestigious individual awards…Also helped lead her team to an All-Greater Miami Conference Championship and District 15 Championship on the pitch. 
 
PERSONAL: Full Name: Anna Rose Habra…Daughter of Mark and Jennifer Habra…Has three siblings, including brothers Steven and Joseph, and sister Maria…Major: Exercise Science with the goal of starting a career as an NCAA Division I Athletic Trainer or Physical Therapist. 
 
"Within moments of watching Anna {Habra}, I knew we needed to bring her to Ypsilanti," said Nusseibeh. She is someone who elevates everyone around her on and off the court. Her tempo is relentless, her vision is next level, and her ability to make plays is truly special. On top of that, she is the ultimate teammate who consistently brings the energy. Those at the George Gervin GameAbove Center come next November are in for a treat," concluded Nusseibeh. 
 
Molly Sisson (Rochester, Mass./Northfield Mount Herman)
EMU: 2026-2027: Will join the program as a freshman. 
 
HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Northfield Mount Herman and competed for the basketball team as a power forward under head coach Grace Rehnquist…a two-time ASFL All-Star…Once recorded 13 blocks within one game…Also participated on the Hogger's volleyball team, winning Massachusetts State Championships in 2020 and 2021 along with a SENE Championship. 
 
PERSONAL: Full name: Molly Katherine Sisson…Daughter of Edward and Krista Sisson…Has one sister, Charlotte, who plays Tennis at Assumption University…Mother, Krista, played basketball at Canisius University, Head Coach Sahar Nusseibeh's previous institution…Major: Business.
 
"I have had the privilege of knowing and wanting to coach Molly {Sisson} for the last few years," Nusseibeh said. "She is everything you want in a player and person when it comes to building a championship-caliber program. She leads with effort and heart and is incredibly skilled at the forward position. Molly truly understands what it means to compete with joy, and I know we will be ready to see it next November," Nusseibeh concluded.
