Four EMU Women's Golfers Earn Academic All-MAC Honors

EMU tied for the fifth-most in the league
CLEVELAND, Ohio (EMUEagles.com) – A total of four members of the Eastern Michigan University women's golf team earned 2024 Academic All-MAC Team distinctions, the Mid-American Conference announced today, May 29. Eastern tied with Western Michigan University for the fifth-most honorees.
Earning the honor this season were senior Natai Apichonlati (Bangkok, Thailand-The Regent's International School), junior Alyssa DiMarcantonio (Maple, Ontario-Tommy Douglas Secondary School), senior Paige Zolciak (Perrysburg, Ohio/St. Ursula Academy), and senior Anna Watson (Ashland, Ohio-Ashland).
The Academic All-MAC honor is for a student-athlete who has excelled in athletics and academics. To qualify, a student-athlete must have at least a 3.20 cumulative GPA and have participated in at least 50 percent of the contests for that particular sport.
