Kadian Clarke concludes career with appearances in the hammer throw and shot put
BLOOMINGTON, Ind. (EMUEagles.com) – The Eastern Michigan University track & field program had two Eagles compete at NCAA East Preliminary Round, today, May 26, at the Roger C. Haugh Complex.
How It Happened
Senior Kadian Clarke (Kingston, Jamaica-Immaculate Conception) started off the day in the hammer throw, producing a toss of 55.87m for 37th. Later in the Day, Clarke recorded a shot put mark of 15.28m for 34th to wrap up her illustrious career in the Green and White.
Sophomore sprinter Kilani Harvey (Orlando, Fla.-Jones (Morehead State)) competed in her first-ever NCAA regional meet, finishing 44th in the 100m dash with a time of 11.84.
