CONCORD, N.C. (EMUEagles.com) – The Eastern Michigan University women's golf team wrapped up the Charlotte Invitational Tuesday, Oct. 25, on Cabarrus Country Club's par-72, 6,381-yard setup. The team finished the event in 11th-place with a 951 (322-306-323).
Xavier University (889) won the team event by six shots over James Madison University (895) and Cal Poly (895) who tied for second. Individually, Xavier's Emma McMyler shared co-medalist honors with James Madison's Kendall Turner. Both players fired a two-under 218 in a field of 73 golfers.

Junior Anna Watson (Ashland, Ohio-Ashland) tied for 32nd with a two-day tally of 233 (77-73-83). Senior Olivia Loberg (Bend, Ore.-Summit) tied for 44th with a 238 (82-79-77), while classmate Natai Apichonlati (Bangkok, Thailand-The Regent's International School) was 50th after posting a score of 240 (79-80-81). Sophomores Kyleigh Dull (Fremont, Ohio-Lakota) and Alyssa DiMarcantonio (Maple, Ontario-Tommy Douglas Secondary School) rounded out the lineup with a 241 (84-75-82), and a 260 (94-79-87), respectively.
