Two one-day camps will be held at Oestrike Stadium

YPSILANTI, Mich. (EMUEagles.com) — The Eastern Michigan University baseball team has announced dates for its 2019 Fall Prospect Camps. The sessions are scheduled for Sunday, Sept. 22, and Sunday, Oct. 20, at Oestrike Stadium. Both sessions will run from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Attending players will obtain detailed instructions regarding all baseball fundamentals used by Eagle coaches and players. These will include proper hitting, throwing, and fielding techniques.

The first session will begin at 9 a.m. and run until noon. This portion will be ran as a pro-style workout, giving the players a chance to promote their skills in front of the EMU coaching staff. The afternoon session will include skills instruction and two games until 4 p.m.

The camp is open to all high school and junior college players. The sessions will be directed by head coach Eric Roof, along with assistant coaches Jonathan Roof,  A.J. Achter, and Cory Mee.

The cost of the prospect camp is $125 for position or two-way players, and $75 for pitcher only players. To register, click here.
