Women’s Golf Travels to The MAC Fall Preview

Field will be tested at the site of the 2020 Mid-American Conference Championships
SILVER LAKE, Ohio (EMUEagles.com) – The Eastern Michigan University women's golf team will get an early look at the site of next spring's Mid-American Conference Championships when the Eagles travel to the MAC Fall Preview, Oct. 7-8, in Silver Lake, Ohio.
This year's three-round event will feature 54 holes on a par-72, 6,177-yard layout at Silver Lake Country Club. The tournament will begin Monday at 9 a.m. It will be a shotgun start on Oct. 7 followed immediately by a second round. Tuesday's final round will also be a shotgun start at 9 a.m.
No live scoring is available. Results will be available at Golfstat.com as well as at the conclusion of each day at EMUEagles.com.
The nine-team field includes eight MAC schools: Akron, Ball State, Bowling Green, Central Michigan, Eastern Michigan, Ohio, Toledo and Western Michigan. Youngstown State and three players from Kent State will also be competing at the event.
Six Eagles are scheduled to compete for the Green and White. Playing as a team will be senior Julia Stevenson (Milford, Mich.-Milford), senior Katelin Lawson (LaSalle, Ontario- Ridge Community-Tampa), senior Maria Connelly (Waterville, Ohio-Anthony Wayne), junior Preaw Sripatrprasite (Bangkok, Thailand-Siam International), and sophomore Green Apichonlati (Bangkok, Thailand-The Regent's International School). Playing as an individuals will be freshman Olivia Loberg (Bend, Ore.-Summit).
Eastern will be paired with CMU and Ohio teeing off on holes 7-11.
