Kreider secured a new season-best time in the 50 freestyle

ANN ARBOR, Mich. (EMUEagles.com) - Senior swimmer Josh Kreider (Coopersburg, Pa.-Southern Leigh) of the Eastern Michigan University men's swimming and diving team closed out his collegiate career at the Wolverine Last Chance Meet, Tuesday night, Feb. 27.
Swimming in the 50 freestyle, Kreider took second in the preliminaries with a time of 21.82. Having not competed in the event since the EMU Invitational, Dec. 2, the Coopersburg, Pa.-native clocked a new season-best time.
Eastern Michigan returns to action this week when it heads to Oxford, Ohio for the Mid-American Conference Championships. Competition starts Wednesday, Feb. 28, at 6:30 p.m.
