Sierra Wagner discusses her academic success at EMU

Senior Sierra Wagner (Huntsville, Texas) just wrapped up an outstanding career as a member of the Eastern Michigan University women's swimming and diving team. The two-time captain of the Eagles closed out her time donning the Green and White as the EMU record holder in the 50 Freestyle. More recently however, Wagner has been recognized for her success academically. An exercise science major with a 3.90 grade point average, Wagner has been named EMU's Exercise Science Student of the Year, April 4, as well as the E-Club Female Scholar Athlete of the Year at the 2017 Ypsi Awards, April 17.
