– The Eastern Michigan University gymnastics team took part in an exhibition with the University of Michigan, Sunday, Dec. 3, at the Crisler Center in Ann Arbor, Mich. Senior Lacey Rubin (Plainview, Y.Y.-Plainview Old Bethpage John F. Kennedy) picked up right where she left off last year, putting together a solid performance to notch a 9.850. Fellow senior Valentin anchored the event, posting the highest team score on bars with a 9.875. Following each of the gymnasts' routines, the Eagles posted an event score of 48.750.
