—Eastern Michigan University's men's swimming and diving team's 2014-15 campaign came to a close with the final swim of Mike Fisher's EMU career on the national stage Saturday, March 28.

Fisher competed in the 200 breast after also swimming in the 100 breast yesterday.  The Saline, Mich. native swam the second-fastest time of his career in 1:55.16, placing 30th in the preliminary heats.  Fisher ends his Eastern career as a two-time 100 breast champion and a three-time 200 breast champion and is the EMU record holder in both events.  Additionally, he is the 200 breast Mid-American Conference record holder in 1:54.97, and is part of a long tradition of excellence in the event as it has been won by an EMU swimmer for the past nine years.
