Men's Golf Continues Fall Schedule at Wolf Run Intercollegiate

ZIONSVILLE, Ind. (EMUEagles.com) — The Eastern Michigan University men's golf team continues it fall schedule with a trip to suburban Indianapolis for the Wolf Run Intercollegiate. The Eagles will play 36 holes on Saturday, Sept. 20, and one final round of 18 holes on Sunday, Sept. 21.

The team will be competing on the par-71, 7,155 yard Wolf Run Golf Course. They will be facing a 15-team field that features Mid-American Conference rivals Akron, Ball State, Miami and Northern Illinois. Along with host Indiana, the other competing schools are Chattanooga, Florida, Houston, Illinois, IUPUI, Kentucky, Penn State, South Alabama and William and Mary.

The EMU lineup will feature junior Brett White (Caledonia, Mich.-East Kentwood), sophomore Kyle Rodes (Plymouth, Mich.-Plymouth), sophomore Joey Kremer (Toronto, Ontario, Canada-Senator O'Connor), senior Michael Blair (Ancaster, Ontario, Canada-Nelson-Pfeiffer) and junior Jared Multer (Battle Creek, Mich.-Lakeview-Grand Rapids C.C.).

EMU last took part in the event during the 2008-09 campaign, finishing in seventh place with a 54-hole tally of 899. A trio of Eagles finished tied for 19th, as Christopher Ross, Cam Burke and Brad Larente all tallied a two-day mark of 225.
