EMU Twilight Canceled for the Upcoming Outdoor Track Season

Throwing areas will not be complete in time for the EMU Twilight's set date
YPSILANTI, Mich. (EMUEagles.com) - The Eastern Michigan University men's and women's track and field teams regretfully announced that the EMU Twilight Meet, to be held April 20-21, 2012 at Olds/Marshall Track has been canceled.
The Green and White are in the process of building a new throws area and construction will not be completed in time, therefore the Eagles have had to drop the EMU Twilight from the schedule.
The Green and White are back in action when both the men's and women's track and field teams travel to Toledo, Ohio to take part in the Toledo Collegiate Challenge Saturday, March 31. In addition to the meet held in Toledo, the women's squad will have multiple athletes head to the North Florida Invitational March 30-31 in Jacksonville, Fla.
