HONOLULU, Hawai'i (EMUEagles.com) - The Eastern Michigan University women's golf team closes out the fall portion of the 2012-13 campaign at the Rainbow Wahine Invitational, Oct. 30-31, at the Leilehua Golf Course in Schofield Barracks, O'ahu.

The 2012 Rainbow Wahine Invitational is a 12-team tournament, featuring Mid-American Conference foe Toledo along with Golf Week's No. 47 ranked Washington State. Rounding out the rest of the field is Boise State, BYU, Florida International, Hawai'i, Memphis, New Mexico State, North Dakota State, Sacramento State and UC Irvine

Participants will play a total of 54 holes, 36 on Tuesday and 18 on Wednesday at the par-72, 6,228-yard course with an 8 a.m. shotgun start on both days.

Schedule to represent the Eagles in the tournament are Meredith Fairbairn, Sarah Johnson, Alyssa Kwon, Corey Crossan and Usanee Laopattananont. Playing as an individual is Karyn Lee Ping.
