YPSILANTI, Mich. (EMUEagles.com) - A non-conference doubleheader between Eastern Michigan and Oakland that was postponed due to rainy conditions has been rescheduled for Wednesday, April 14, in Rochester, Mich. The Eagles and Grizzlies will play a single game that is slated to start at 4 p.m. at the OU Softball Field.
The previously scheduled play date between the two teams was Tuesday, April 6. This will be the first meeting between both squads since 2008 as weather canceled last year's meeting. The Eagles have an 11-19 overall record with a 3-5 Mid-American Conference mark while the Grizzlies are 13-25 overall, 5-7 in Summit League play. On Tuesday, EMU will take on Cleveland State at 3 p.m. in a non-conference doubleheader at Varsity Field.
