EMU: 2024-25: Indoor: Competed in six meets… Placed in the top-five at the MAC Indoor Championships, Feb. 28-March 1, in the triple jump (12.18m)… Secured two first-place finishes in the triple jump in the indoor season, the first at the Wolverine Invitational, Jan. 11, (11.79m), and the second at the Michigan Invitational, Feb. 8, (12.20m)… Outdoor: Competed in six meets… Earned All-MAC Second Team with a second-place finish in the triple jump (12.61m) at the MAC Outdoor Championships, May 15-17… Placed second in the triple jump at both the Len Paddock Open, May 9, (12.39m), and the Georgia Tech Invitational, April 18-19, (12.42m)… Also secured a top-three finish in the triple jump (12.60m) at the 97th Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays, Mar 26-29.
2023-24: Indoor: First Team All-MAC selection…Competed in four total meets… Recorded three top-three finishes including an individual championship in the triple jump with a 12.43m (40-09.5) bound at the MAC Indoor Championships…Outdoor: Competed in six meets…First Team All-MAC honoree…NCAA East Prelims Qualifier in the triple jump…posted a PR in the triple jump with a 12.64m (41-5.75) bound, earning an individual championship at the MAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships…Her 12.64m jump serves as the fourth-best in program history.
2022-23: Indoor: competed at eight meets in a combination of the long jump, triple jump and high jump and posted a PR of 12.31 meters to place fourth at the MAC Championships… she won the triple jump (12.20 meters) at the Notre Dame Invitational… had a second place finish in the high jump (1.60 meters) at the GVSU Holiday Open… had a pair of fourth place finishes in the long jump at the GVSU Snowdown Showdown and the Silverston Invitational Outdoor: competed in seven meets and posted a personal best of 5.91 meters to place 8th at in the long jump at the MAC Championships… won the triple jump (11.74 meters) at the Golden Grizzly Invite.
BENEDICT: Earned 2022 SIAC Women’s Field Athlete of the Year honors…Helped lead her team to a 2022 SIAC Outdoor championship…Named second-team all-conference.
