EMU: 2024: Earned Second Team All-MAC honors after placing 11th in the men’s 8K in 24:37.3 at the MAC Cross Country Championships (Nov. 2)…Named to the Academic All-MAC team…Competed in six meets in his sophomore campaign…Set three personal bests…Ran a 15:16.9 5K, pacing 10th at the Jeff Drenth Memorial (Aug. 30), the highest 5K finish of his career... Ran a 23:42.6 8K at the Arturo Barrios Invitational, finishing 50th (Oct. 18)…Ran a 31:21.8 10K at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional Championships, placing 89th (Nov. 15)…His highest 8K finish was fourth (24:45.5) at the George Dales Invite (Sept. 20).
