In 2024, Sullivan’s batters did damage as they averaged .300 as a team from the dish, a figure that ranked third in the MAC. Eastern also brought discipline to the dish throughout the season, as it totaled the second-least strikeouts in the MAC, fanning just 389 times, while producing a .391 on base percentage, the conference’s third-best in 2024. Once reaching base, Eastern did damage with its feet as the Eagles swiped 78 bases, also slotting third in the conference.
