Women's Golf Fourth Heading into MAC Final Round

Savannah de Bock leads the way at tied for 13th with Julianna go tied for 18th

MUNCIE, Ind. (EMUEagles.com) – The Eastern Michigan University women's golf team shot 22-over 310 in the second round of the 2025 Mid-American Conference Championships Monday, April 22, to sit in fourth place in the team standings with one round to play at Delaware Country Club in Muncie, Ind. Savannah de Bock (Ecaussinnes-d'enghien, Belgium/Institut de l'Enfant-Jésus-Lycée/Georgia) leads the way individually for the Eagles as she is tied for 13th overall through 36 holes.
Kent State University continues to lead the team race at 9-over 585 (289-296) with Northern Illinois University moving up to second place at 31-over 607 (303-304). Bowling Green State University is third at 34-over 610 (296-314) with the Eagles one stroke behind at 35-over 611 (301-310). Eastern will play the final round with the two teams tied for fifth place, including Ohio University (301-312) and Central Michigan University (305-308), who are both at 37-over 613.
Individually, de Bock fired a second-round 78 to sit tied for 13th at 7-over 151 while Julianna Go (San Juan, Philippines/St. Jude Catholic School/King) is tied for 18th at 9-over 153 (75-78). Angelica Holman (Fort Pierce, Fla./Lincoln Park Academy/Daytona State/Georgia) and Erina Tan (Belmont, Western Australia/Mount Lawley Senior) are both tied for 32nd at 14-over 158. Riley Kim (Aldie, Va./Lightridge), who did not play in the first round, was used as a substitute for Round 2 and shot 75, tying for the fifth-lowest round recorded on the day.
