Eastern will return to action in the Bahamas, Oct. 25-27

ESTERO, Fla. (EMUEagles.com) – The Island at West Bay Collegiate Invitational at the West Bay Golf Club in Estero, Fla., has been canceled because of unplayable conditions in the area. The Eastern Michigan University men's golf team was one of 14 teams on the course when steady rain moved into the area. Despite a short rain delay, the saturated grounds along with the threat of Hurricane Milton making its way toward Florida brought an early end to the event.

The final tournament of the 2024 fall schedule awaits the Eagles, Oct. 25-27, when Eastern ventures to the White Sands Invitational at the The Ocean Club Golf Course on Paradise Island in the Bahamas. The three day event, hosted by West Virginia University, will see teams play 18 holes each day.
