CLEVELAND, Ohio. (EMUEagles.com) – The Mid-American Conference hosted its 2022 Football Media Day, Tuesday, July 26, at the House of Blues in Cleveland, Ohio. The MAC Football Media Day kicked off the 2022 season, which officially begins on Thursday, Sept. 1, and will conclude with the Rocket Mortgage MAC Football Championship Game.
Once again this year's MAC Football Media Day was shown live on ESPN+ from 11-1:30 p.m. The production highlighted the league's annual kickoff event as hosts Michael Reghi and Je'Rod Cherry visited with all MAC head coaches and several student-athletes throughout MAC Media Day. MAC Commissioner Dr. Jon Steinbrecher began the Kickoff with an address to the media LIVE on ESPN+ at 11 a.m.
Attending from Eastern Michigan was Head Coach Chris Creighton, senior wide receiver Hassan Beydoun (Dearborn, Mich.-Dearborn), and senior defensive lineman Jose Ramirez (Lake Alfred, Fla.-Auburndale-Arizona-Riverside City).
