EMU Returns to the Hoosier State for Boilermaker Invitational

WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. (EMUEagles.com) – The Eastern Michigan University men's golf team returns to the Hoosier State for the Boilermaker Invitational, April 9-10.
The two-day event will take place at Ackerman-Allen Golf Course, which is playing as a par-72 at 7,546 yards. Saturday will consist of 36 holes, beginning with a shotgun start at 9 a.m. Sunday's tee times will be based on scores after two rounds of competition.
Head Coach Bruce Cunningham's club is one of 14 teams in a field that features three teams in the latest Golfweek Division I Top 50 rankings. Illinois (23) is the top-ranked squad at 23rd, followed by the host Boilermakers at 32nd and Indiana at 49th.
Rounding out this weekend's field are Wisconsin (96), Rutgers (111), Illinois State (119), Minnesota (135), Troy (138), Miami (152), Eastern Michigan (154), Ball State (166), Loyola-Chicago (193), Butler (239), and IUPUI (273).
