EMU Gymnastics Tabs Nine on Academic All-MAC

The Eagles' nine honorees is third in the Mid-American Conference
CLEVELAND, Ohio (EMUEagles.com) – The Eastern Michigan University gymnastics team saw nine student-athletes named to the Academic All-MAC Team by the Mid-American Conference today, April 20.
The Academic All-MAC honor is for a student-athlete who has excelled in athletics and academics. To qualify, a student-athlete must have at least a 3.20 cumulative GPA and have participated in at least 50 percent of the contests for that particular sport.
Leading the conference with 12 honorees is Northern Illinois University, followed by Kent State University's 11, and Eastern Michigan's nine. Tying EMU with the third most selections is Ball State University and Central Michigan University. Bowling Green State University and Western Michigan University rounded out the team with six gymnasts each.
The Eagles earning the honor this season are seniors Cali Harden (Superior, Twp., Mich.-Saline), Shannon Gregory (Edison, N.J.-John P. Stevens), Caitlin Satler (Orland Park, Ill.-Carl Sandburg), juniors Hadyn Crossen (Carmel, Ind.-Carmel), Molly Parris (Hudson, Ohio-Hudson), Mickayla Stuckey (Union City, Ind.-Indiana Connections Academy), and sophomores Raisa Boris (Brooklyn Park, Minn.-Park Center), Jordan Jankowski (Frisco, Texas-Independence), and Anna Grace McCullough (Birmingham, Ala.-Briarwood Christian).
