Kick Time Set For Sept. 18 EMU-UMass Football Game

Kickoff set for 3:30 p.m. at McGuirk Alumni Stadium in Amherst, Mass.
YPSILANTI, Mich. (EMUEagles.com) – The Eastern Michigan-Massachusetts football game, scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 18, will kickoff at 3:30 p.m. and will be shown on FloFootball.com and throughout New England on NESN+, the UMass Department of Athletics announced today, Aug. 17. WEMU (89.1 FM) will provide audio coverage of the game at McGuirk Alumni Stadium in Amherst, Mass.
This will be the third all-time meeting between the two programs and the first since the Minutemen departed the Mid-American Conference following the 2015 season. UMass holds a 2-0 advantage in the series, posting a 36-14 victory at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Mass. in 2014, as well as a 28-17 win at Rynearson Stadium in 2015.

The Sept. 3 contest has been designated as CommUniversitE Night. An event designed to spotlight the unique relationship between the local community and the University. This is a special event where we are inviting the entire community to come out and support the football team. Pregame festivities will feature food, music, kid-friendly activities, and more. Throughout the game, Eastern Athletics will be recognizing frontline workers and celebrating our return to Rynearson Stadium.
