Gymnastics Announces Addition to the 2021 Roster

Boris joins the Eagles from Brooklyn Parks, Minn.

YPSILANTI, Mich. (EMUEagles.com) — Eastern Michigan University gymnastics Head Coach Katie Minasola announced the signing of Raisa Boris (Brooklyn Park, Minn.-Park Center Senior High) to the 2021 roster Monday, Nov. 18. Boris will join the Eagles for the 2020-2021 season.

"We are very excited with the addition of Raisa," said Minasola. "She has incredible lines on bars and we look forward to seeing her make an impact in all events."

Hailing from Brooklyn Park, Minn., Boris  won the bars title at the 2018 Minnesota State Championships, and went on to finish fourth on the apparatus at the 2018 Region 4 Championships. Boris also qualified for the Junior Olympic National Team in 2018 and 2019.
