EMU Athletics Honors Winter Graduates

55 student-athletes received their degrees Saturday during commencement activities

YPSILANTI, Mich. (EMUEagles.com) – A total of 55 Eastern Michigan University student-athletes earned their degrees as a part of the 2018 winter commencement Saturday, April 21, at the Convocation Center. The graduates represent all 21 of EMU's athletic programs. As a gift, the department gave each graduate a white stole with a green block E to wear during the ceremony so the student-athletes could be easily recognized.
A total of 93 student-athletes will shift to alumni status during the 2017-18 academic year. During December's commencement 14 completed degree requirements and 24 more are expected to complete their degrees later this summer.
