Pat O’Connor Selected the SASS Student-Athlete of the Week

Each week SASS will select one in-season athlete who exemplifies EMU’s commitment to building champions in the classroom and on the field

YPSILANTI, Mich. (EMUEagles.com) -- Student-Athlete Support Services has named Eastern Michigan Football's Pat O'Connor as its Student-Athlete of the Week. Hailing from Chicago, Illinois, O'Connor currently has a 3.16 in Management in the College of Business. He has been a for the defensive line this season leading the team with six and half sacks, 10 tackles for loss, seven quarterback hurries and is tied for the team lead with two forced fumbles. You can watch O'Connor and the rest of the EMU football team this Saturday as they take on Northern Illinois at Rynearson Stadium.
