YPSILANTI, Mich. (EMUEagles.com) — The Eastern Michigan University women's swimming and diving team will host nearby Oakland University, Saturday, Nov. 9, for a dual meet in Jones Natatorium.
Coming off two wins over Mid-American Conference opponents Bowling Green State University and the University of Akron, the Eagles will look to remain unbeaten in their home pool for the 2013-14 campaign.
The Golden Grizzlies hold a slight 16-15 advantage over the Green and White, but in the last meeting between the two squads EMU was able to snap a four-year losing streak and come out on top in the final standings, 171-123, on Nov. 10, 2012.
The meet is scheduled to start at 1 p.m. in Jones Natatorium and will be run concurrently with the EMU men's swimming and diving team's afternoon matchup with Oakland. Live results will be available through EMUEagles.com.
