YPSILANTI, Mich. (EMUEagles.com) - The EMU Twilight is the premiere track and field event hosted by the Eastern Michigan University men's and women's track and field program during the outdoor season. This year's event will take place over the Easter Weekend, starting tomorrow, Friday, April 22, and concluding Saturday, April 23.
Athletes from 28 different clubs will compete at the EMU Twilight. There are several events taking place which will cater to collegiate and post-collegiate athletes, some events featuring former NCAA and National champions, as well as some of Eastern's own elite former athletes.
Gates open Friday at 1 p.m. Spectators will be charged a $5 admission fee. Refer to the 2011 Home Information form on the track and field home page for any additional information about the meet, and be sure to check back with www.emueagles.com for post-meet results.
