The Eagles are ranked 14th in the nation after compiling a team grade point average of 3.430 last year. The Eagles have been making the grade since the 2004 season when they recorded a 3.552 GPA, good for the top mark in the country.

Nine athletes from last year's squad were also named Scholar Athletes by the NFCA, honoring Alexa Kniceley, Courtney Nicholson, Jaclyn Caro, Jenna Ignowski, Katy Blaharski, Lauren Delapaz, Michelle Hletko, Nellie Coquillard, and Sarah Gerber for their academic accomplishments.
