Megan Snow Named to EMU Athletic Sports Medicine Staff

Joins EMU after a year as an athletics training intern at Michigan State University

YPSILANTI, Mich. Megan Snow has been named an assistant athletics trainer on the Eastern Michigan University sports medicine staff athletics director Derrick Gragg announced today. Snow will replace Melissa Pohorence who left to take an assistant trainer position in the University of Michigan athletics department.

The 28-year-old Snow joins the EMU staff after spending the 2006-07 year as an athletics training intern at Michigan State University. She also served as a graduate assistant athletics trainer at Central Michigan University from 2004-06.

A native of Holland, Mich., Snow graduated from Grand Valley State University in 2003 with a bachelor’s degree in movement science. She went on to complete her master’s degree in sport administration at Central Michigan University in 2007.
